By using oneways.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Oneways, Inc., a Georgia corporation with offices at 5550 Triangle Pkwy, Ste 200, Norcross GA 30092 USA ("Oneways," "we," "us"). By accessing oneways.ai or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
02 · Membership
Membership is by invitation. We may decline. We may revoke. We tell you the reason.

03 · Charter operator independence
Operators on the platform are independent Part 135 certificate holders. They fly the flight; we don't.
Oneways operates as a marketplace and matching service. We are not an air carrier and do not operate aircraft. All flights are operated by independent FAA Part 135 or equivalent certificate holders. Aviation disclosures are detailed in Aviation Disclosures.
04 · Pricing and payments
Membership pricing is disclosed during invitation. Charter pricing is disclosed per quote. Payment terms are escrow-backed.

05 · Disputes
